A romantic getaway i will never forget!

The breakfast had AMAZING food options! The fresh fruit was delicious, and there was also scrambled egg. They offer a light dinner option, which I chose. I found the staff to be helpful with questions. The staff even filled my reusable water bottle with ice each morning at the lobby bar.
The bed was a little soft. I missed having a firmer mattress .

The hotel has convenient access to many must-see attractions. I found the shops accessible, also the ferry and dining. The hotel sits steps away from the waterfront, it is wonderful.

The staff was so gracious and helped me a lot during the whole stay. I noticed that unliimited coffee and tea are available during the day. there is the possibility to get water in the lobby, very helpful.

leaking showerbroken air conditioning
The shower was not sealed properly so the bathroom floor flooded. I reported this to housekeeping who gave me more towels. The air conditioning did not work so the room was very hot. Sleep was difficult because of this

The shower was very small. there wasn't air conditioning. It was warm. the tv only showed hotel advertisements. That was strange.

The hotel's location near the cruise dock was a plus. I walked easily to my cruise ship. the complimentary buffet dinner and breakfast included fresh fruits and vegetable dishes, i loved it. the staff also were very friendly and helpful.
i noticed the room design is starting to look a bit tired. the shower area was tight. it was difficult to maneuver in the slim tub.

this hotel is conveniently located steps away from bryggen. the waterfront, dining spots, shopping areas, and local transportation bus stops were very close. it's approximately a 10 minute walk to the airport train stop.

Good Location but Little Issues

My room included a bathtub which I like a lot. It also had very hot water so this was good. I really liked the free dinners especially salad bar. I enjoyed the beautiful lounge after meals a lot.
There were many small faults in my room. A leaky showerhead sprayed water everywhere. A coffee cup had dust inside.
